Just in time for the Olympic Games, Bar Rouge’s mixologist and bar manager Rico Wisner is serving up the “Rouge, White & Blue” cocktail available from July 27 – August 12.
Bar Rouge’s “Rouge, White & Blue” cocktail is a patriotic mix that features Bluecoat Gin, seasonal white peach puree, house-made hibiscus grenadine, and a dash of iced tea and lemon juice for $9.
Wisner chose these ingredients – hibiscus grenadine (red), white peach puree (white) and Bluecoat Gin (blue) – to pay homage to the colors of the American flag. Visit www.barrouge.com for more information.
