Here’s a resolution you can easily keep: The Resolution Cocktail, courtesy of Blue Fin restaurant in New York City.
- 6 parts Sauza® Silver Tequila (or Sauza® Blue Silver Tequila)
- 1 part Pomegranate Juice
- 1 part Simple syrup
- Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
- 16 parts Champagne
- Silver Candy Beads
Mix first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a champagne glass. Top with Champagne and candy garnish. Serve at midnight. Cheers!
