We’re not big Scotch drinkers, but sometimes we wish we were. Our generational friend, Charlotte, always orders a glass, neat, whenever we go out and looks so chic drinking it. This cocktail may convince us to give Scotch a chance, the Cointreau and lemon juice must make it a little, well, less manly–we’ll give it a go next time we’re at a steakhouse.
The Macallan Classic “10”
Shake 1 oz Macallan 10 Years Old Scotch, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz Fresh lemon juice and serve over ice
