Mojitos are so ’07! Caipirinhas are similar and come from oh-so-sexy Brazil. We like this one from NYC’s Matador. It mixes in pomegranate liquor with the traditional sugar cane rum for a fun and flirty buzz. Plus, the red color is as festive as it gets.
Pomegranate Caipirinha
Shake 1.5 oz. ÁGUA LUCA Ultra-Premium Brazilian Rum, 1.5 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
and 1/2 oz. Cointreau or Grand Marnier with a splash of lime juice. Serve over ice.
