We’ve flirted with downtown and even stayed there on our last trip, but to us, South Beach is the place to be for our Miami girls’ getaways. On our next trip, we’ll definitely consider the Surfcomber, which was recently acquired and renovated by one of our all time favorite hotel brands, the Kimpton Group.
The Surfcomber is on Collins and 17th, not too far from the W and Gansevoort, among others. As its name suggests, the hotel has a laid back vibe and aspires to appeal to Americans, South Americans and Europeans alike.
